Will Cranz comes from a construction background and has worked as a general contractor for over ten years. Will has experience with all aspects of home building, from digging and pouring footings to installing roof coverings and everything in between, he has done it all. Becoming a licensed home inspector was the next natural choice and use of his construction knowledge. He has been inspecting homes for over 11 years. Will was a seasonal hunting and fishing guide in Alaska for 12 years, which has helped teach him the importance of communication and building relationships with clients.

With such a wealth of knowledge and experience, Will feels it is his obligation to pass on his knowledge to as many of his clients as possible. He adores his job allows him to use what he has learned over a lifetime to help those in his community find a home that is an excellent investment for the future.
