Buyer’s Inspections

The buyer’s inspection will cover all the easily accessible and visible structures, systems, and appliances that are essential in establishing your home’s current condition and value. Our highly qualified inspector will compile a detailed report of everything uncovered during the inspection so you can make a well-informed decision when deciding to purchase the home.

Pre-listing / Sellers Inspection

It is hugely important to have a professional inspect your home before placing it on the market. The pre-listing\sellers inspection will provide you with all the in-depth knowledge you need on the homes current condition. The seller then has the option to address any issues or needed repairs before placing them on the market or choosing to disclose the needed repairs when negotiating on the home. Having this information will help ease negotiations and help prevent a deal from falling through because of issues uncovered during the buyers home inspection.

New Construction

New never means perfect. A newly constructed home will always have problems from the start. By having the home properly inspected, you can ensure that any potential problems or issues are identified prior to your purchase.

11 Month / Builders Warranty Inspection

Don’t waste your warranty on a newly constructed home. Many things can happen during that first year. By having a licensed inspector provide you with a full list of any existing problems before the warranty expires, you can avoid paying for costly repairs out of pocket.

Home Maintenance Inspections

The discerning home-owner should always stay up to date on the maintenance of their home. By having a regular inspection performed you can be certain that everything is in good working order and your investment is maintained if not growing in value.

Re-Inspections

Having a secondary inspection performed after any repairs have been made to the property initially inspected. We ensure that all repairs and improvements have been made correctly and as requested.

Radon Testing

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can be extremely harmful to your health. The only way to ensure that the property is radon free is by having a professional perform a radon test. All Radon tests are an additional $150 and may be subject to a travel fee if not paired with another inspection.

WDO / Termite Inspection

Termites and other wood dwelling organisms are all too common and responsible for a massive amount of damage in many American homes. This service makes certain that none of these have caused damage in the past or are currently infesting the home.

Water Testing

We will send samples of your home’s water to a lab to be tested for any harmful substances or contaminants that could be detrimental to you and your family’s health.

Mold Testing

Mold can cause damage to both your health and your home. Neither of these are things that should be taken lightly. It is highly advised to have a certified professional test for any harmful mold in your home or on your property.
